Weekly Summary
This week, the financial adviser increased by eleven advisers as many completed their move to their new licensees. There were seven new licensees (details included for members) and one licensee closed. Overall, 133 advisers were impacted by these changes.
Notably, AMP Group’s largest licensee, AMP Financial Planning, now shares the top spot with Morgans Financial, both having 429 advisers. AMP’s licensees are expected to move to Entireti (Fortnum) under a deal announced in August. See the Top 10 list below.

New Licensee commenced with eight, all advisers moving from Havana Financial Services
Another new licensee commenced with seven and all advisers moving from AMP Financial Planning
Another new licensee commenced with four and again, all advisers moving away from AMP Financial Planning
Six licensee owners up by net two:
Two new licensees, one with advisers leaving Infocus and the other with advisers again leaving AMP Financial Planning
Spark Partnership Group with one adviser from Statton Pty Ltd and the other from Private wealth Pty Ltd
Pooledfunds with both advisers leaving Parkside Investorplus Solutions
Macquarie Group with one new entrant and one from SGN Financial
Finchley and Kent continue their growth with one adviser from Commonwealth Private and the other from Boston read.
A tail of 20 licensee owners up by net one including two more new licensees, Morgans Group (see more below), Evan Dixon, and UniSuper.
Losses This Week - Licensee Owners
AMP Group down by 10, it was a busy week, as noted above losing advisers who started their own licensees. They did hire two new entrants and two advisers from Alliance Wealth owned by Centrepoint Group. Note: AMP Financial Planning (AMPFP) also switched advisers to Charter which drove the numbers further down to 429 - see below.
O & Z Pty Ltd losing six (after losing eight last week). Four joined Finchley & Kent and two others to separate licensees.
Centrepoint Group down by four, losing two to AMP Group and two yet to appointed elsewhere
Infocus down by three, two commencing their own licensee and one yet to be appointed
Three licensee owners down by 2
Bell financial Group - none appointed elsewhere
Count Limited, appointing two advisers including one new entrant, and losing four, only one being appointed elsewhere
Sequoia, gained one adviser from Infocus, and lost three advisers all yet to be appointed elsewhere.
A tail of 22 licensee owners down by one including Findex, Fortnum and Lifespan.
Top Ten - Licensee Owners and Licensees
The chart below shows the top ten licensee owners (left) and licensees (right). This week, Morgans Financial and AMP Financial Planning are tied at 429. Count is third at 345, followed closely by Alliance Wealth at 335 and Interprac at 323.
For licensee owners, AMP Group remains the largest at 809. This will change if the deal with Entireti goes through, currently listed as Fortnum on the ASIC FAR. If completed, Entireti would significantly lead with about 1,170 advisers.
